There are often a lot of questions I hear people asking about the Fitbit Versa 3 and if it is waterproof. These questions typically are;
To answer these questions simply, yes, the Fitbit Versa 3 is waterproof. It has a rating of up to 50m or 164 feet if you use imperial measurements. This means you can pretty much wear your Fitbit Versa 3 in any situation, even during extreme water sports.
If you don’t believe the Fitbit Versa 3 is waterproof until you see it then I have put my own Fitbit Versa 3 to test to show you that it is.
I submerged my Fitbit Versa 3 in a glass of water for 5 minutes. When I removed it from the water there was no impact to its functionality or anything like that. The Fitbit Versa 3 features a haptic button instead of a physical button which is on its predecessor the Fitbit Versa 2. This haptic button was supposedly introduced by Fitbit to enhance its waterproof ability as there are no gaps around the haptic button.
